Present in the valley since 1938
Our leadership team is a large and close-knit group of young motivated women. We maintain close contact during summer camp planning, group events and group lessons throughout the year.
We are proud as a team of our effort we put in and feedback that we get, through that we are able to improve our leadership quality and thus our events for the Blauring girls.
Our training includes leadership courses completed at J+S, as well as courses on addiction prevention. You can find detailed information about our training at the bottom of this page.

Our Training
In order to be able to conscientiously take on the responsibility that comes along with being a leader, we attend various training courses. The courses and training in question are the group leadership course (GLK), children's sports training (EKK), group and camp leadership courses (SLK) and also Rüeblichrut courses on addiction prevention. By completing the courses, we receive subsidies for the camps, through that we are able to make the summer camp and the group sessions a possibility. Because of the strict requirements and expiring courses the team stays up to date on the renewal and training to keep up with regulations and qualifications needed.
Group leadership course (GLK)
In the GLK you learn how to lead a group. Over the 9-day course you will gain knowledge about group dynamics, leadership styles, the responsibilities of a leader, everyday life in a group and group organization. After completing the course you gain the nessecary knowledge to undertake activities with 12 kids. Visit www.jugendundsport.ch/de/lagersport-trekking for more information about our education.
Kids' sports (EKK)
During the two-day EKK course, we learn how to plan and lead group activities (group sessions, Blauring events, and summer camp) for children aged 5 to 10. It also qualifies participants to run mixed-age camps, such as children's and youth sports camps. For more information about the EKK visit www.jugendundsport.ch/de/allround-kinder.
Team and camp leadership course (SLK)
The SLK provides you with training in management in leading a group but also activities, such as the summer camp. This 9-day course is required by J+S if you want to take over the leadership of a team or camp. Visit www.jugendundsport.ch/de/lagersport-trekking for more information about our education.
Rüeblichrut
The Rüeblichrut is a one-day course that imparts knowledge about addiction prevention and stands for health promotion in the canton of Aargau. This course teaches us how to adequately prevent addiction in children, with the addition of current cultural topics. For more information visit www.rueblichrut.ch.
